Let's get Healthier Together to prevent cancer

Step one

Commit to lowering your chances of getting cancer by making small changes in your daily habits.

Step two

Set and track a SMART goal: a clear, timely goal that makes sense to you & your doctor, and can be met.

Making a change starts with setting a clear and effective goal. SMART is a guideline to help you do that. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. Choosing a goal that meets each of these criteria sets you up for success.

Step three

Invite your friends and family, or join others who are getting healthier together.
